This scenario appears when the Date of birth which you are specifying is not in line with the details as in HRMS. Please update your personal information in the HRMS system like Date of Birth, Personal Email ID and Personal Mobile Number. For updating your Date of Birth details, you need to approach the HR team or write an email to hrms@synechron.com, whereas Personal Email ID and Personal Mobile Number can be updated by yourself in the HRMS system (URL: https://hrms.synechron.com ).

Why is Unlock Account option not enabled (proceed button is disabled)?

This indicates that your Account is not Locked. The button gets automatically enabled if your account is Locked.

Why is Change Password option not enabled (proceed button is disabled)?

The application automatically gets your account status from the Active Directory and enables appropriate functionality buttons on the Home page.

Scenario 1: Change Password option is disabled and Unlock Account button is enabled. This indicates that your account is locked in Active Directory, you must first unlock your account and then proceed to Change the password.

Scenario 2: Both Change Password option and Unlock Account buttons are disabled. This indicates that your account has expired. You must proceed to Generate Password and get the system generated password on your personal email.

Note: Please update your personal information in the HRMS system like Date of Birth, Personal Email ID and Personal Mobile Number. For updating your Date of Birth details, you need to approach the HR team (hrms@synechron.com), whereas Personal Email ID and Personal Mobile Number can be updated by yourself in HRMS system.
